Day 1 of the 11th PARAY FESTIVAL

We kicked off our festivities with the spotlight on our local farmers as the Local Government Unit of Viga conducted a symposium on rice production and management at the Municipal Agriculture Services Office Training Hall last August 9, 2023.

Dubbed as the “Rice Granary of Catanduanes”, LGU-Viga is steadfast in strengthening its local food production. Upscaling our rice production would not be possible without upskilling our hardworking producers.

We would like to thank our partners in this event, Bayer Philippines, Vast Agro Solutions Inc, Dept. of Agriculture and the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) thru the Provincial Local Government of Catanduanes.
